Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting a Commercial Construction Contracts Manager in Thurmaston (Leicester area) to oversee multiple projects from tender to handover. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery and budget control while coordinating with Site Managers, QS teams and clients.

The role demands leadership, strong communication and a solid grasp of commercial processes, with a focus on project governance, variations, and final accounts. A company car is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in construction.
• Strong knowledge of SHEQ, HSE and compliance.
• Experience managing multiple sites, projects and teams.
• Commercially aware with experience supporting variations and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects from tender through to handover.
• Lead and chair progress meetings, manage programme delivery.
• Monitor safety, quality and compliance across sites.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and procurement.
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular reports.
