We are seeking an experienced commercial manager to support the Ministry of Justice programme, managing NEC4 contracts, CEMAR workflows and commercial governance across a large multi-package scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial management within the construction sector.
• Strong contractual knowledge (NEC) and ability to manage contracts and changes.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and client-facing delivery capability.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and client teams.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual compliance.
• Support interim payment certification processes with cost consultants.
• Administer contract changes and manage CEMAR workflows.
• Contribute to benchmarking and monthly performance reporting.
• Participate in commercial meetings and review early warnings and compensation events.
• Prepare recommendations for compensation events and changes for client board submissions.
• Conduct site visits to assess works and attend progress meetings.
• Provide commercial support and cost-effective solutions to internal teams and clients.
