Job summary

Hunter Savage, on behalf of a leading commercial law firm, seeks a Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate in London. You will handle high value, complex transactional construction matters from instruction through completion and contribute to know-how and business development.

You will advise developers, contractors and public sector bodies on JCT and NEC contracts, bespoke arrangements, and collateral warranties, with strong client contact and commercial judgment.

Qualifications

• Qualified in England and Wales.
• 7+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong transactional construction experience with JCT/NEC.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Involvement from instruction through completion on complex projects.
