This Non-Contentious Construction Senior Associate position provides a broad practice spanning transactional construction, development and project-related matters. The successful candidate will support developers, contractors and public sector bodies on high value instructions involving complex projects and multiple stakeholders.

Practice Focus

The team advises on JCT and NEC contracts, bespoke construction arrangements, professional appointments, collateral warranties, performance bonds and parent company guarantees, alongside wider development, finance, outsourcing and PPP documentation. The role offers substantial client contact, responsibility for matters from instruction through to completion, and opportunities to contribute to know-how, training and business development.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should be qualified in England and Wales with 7+ years' post-qualified experience and strong experience in transactional construction work, including drafting and negotiating JCT and NEC contracts.
