Job summary

Ardent, the UK’s leading provider of land, consent management and stakeholder engagement services, seeks a Senior Project Manager – Consent Management in Birmingham. You will coordinate consent programmes across DCO/TWAO, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deliver outputs on time and to quality.

The role includes mentoring junior staff, driving continuous improvement, and aligning teams with project commitments in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in project management within infrastructure, utilities, or built environment sectors.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary inputs and deliverables.
• In-depth understanding of consent regimes (DCO/TWAO) and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of consent-related workstreams across DCO/TWAO and other regimes.
• Coordinate planning, environment, land, engineering, and legal input to align with consent programmes.
• Maintain detailed consent programmes, trackers, schedules and governance tools.
