My client provides high-quality Information & Data and Training & Education solutions across various markets. Due to exciting growth plans, including launching events across all brands, a new role has arisen for an experienced Conference Producer.

The role involves developing and delivering content across products and channels, including conferences & award programs. Strong market research skills are required, along with keeping track of industry developments, trends, technologies, regulations, and products/services.

Research and Programme Development

• Designing high-quality agendas based on in-depth research with the market, providing thought leadership, insights, trends, best practices, and innovative ideas.
• Developing content strategy, themes, and propositions to maximize engagement and success, using content to attract audiences and enhance the profile of the organization and partners.
• Creating profitable, sustainable, market-led events connecting sponsors and exhibitors.

Speaker Acquisition and Management

• Acquiring high-profile, international, and local speakers who meet the audience's information needs.
• Collaborating with sponsors' speakers to ensure delivery of relevant, cutting-edge content.

Copywriting

• Managing content and style of conference agendas and marketing materials.
• Writing persuasive copy to promote sponsorship and attendance.

Topic Generation and Validation

• Generating and validating future event ideas and conducting due diligence for business success.
• Launching new events, digital, and content products to diversify offerings.
