What you’ll do:

• Take full ownership of content strategy and event production, from market research to speaker engagement
• Identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in the industry to develop fresh, relevant themes
• Innovate with new formats, features, and session structures to elevate audience engagement and value
• Collaborate closely with sponsors and partners to align programming with business goals and ROI expectations
• Influence process development across the team to improve how content is created, executed, and evolved
• Drive growth and scalability, laying the groundwork for future expansion and event innovation
• Manage all aspects of on-site delivery, ensuring a flawless experience for speakers and delegates
• Lead post-event content strategy, including reporting and ongoing engagement with key stakeholders
