Senior Conference Producer – Remote

Up to £55,000 + profit share + benefits + work from home

Remote Based (London Meet Ups)

Our client is proud to be the world’s largest community designed to inspire and support C-Suite executives focused on Defence & Security, and they’re looking for a Senior Conference Producer to join the team to work on new launches in the sector.

Role Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Producing a targeted number of events per year (or equivalent) with workshops
• Conducting intensive research to validate conference content with senior executives, including secondary publication and web research
• Developing in-depth master-briefs summarising key findings for the wider project team
• Inviting, confirming, and maintaining ongoing relations with senior speakers
• Running onsite events, networking with senior executives, and developing future business opportunities
• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute comprehensive strategies
• Managing budgetary control of event costs
• Creating original, engaging sales copy for brochures, websites, and mail pieces
• Demonstrating a strong productivity track record, successfully completing at least 3 consecutive product cycles
• Generating seed ideas and working through the topic development process
• Delivering growth across launch events
• Having 2+ years of conference production experience, ideally with international portfolios
