Job summary

One Aldwych in Covent Garden is seeking a Senior Concierge to support the Head Concierge in leading the team and delivering outstanding guest service in a 5-star luxury environment.

With extensive local knowledge of London venues and VIP experiences, you will coordinate reservations, plan bespoke guest experiences, and ensure every interaction reflects the hotel's excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous Concierge experience in a luxury 5-star hotel.
• Exceptional customer service and guest engagement skills.
• Strong knowledge of London, including restaurants, attractions, theatres, and VIP experiences.
• Current Les Clefs d'Or (The Golden Keys) membership.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Full, clean UK driving licence held for 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Concierge in the day-to-day operation of the Concierge department.
• Deliver exceptional, personalised service while anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
• Arrange reservations, transportation, theatre tickets, tours, and bespoke guest experiences.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest itineraries, ensuring seamless service.
• Supervise and support the Concierge team, maintaining the highest luxury service standards.
• Build strong relationships with local partners and suppliers to provide expert recommendations and exclusive guest experiences.
