This hands-on role shapes the core CV domains: camera calibration, ball and skeletal tracking, and real-time inference, while mentoring engineers and guiding external partners (Sony, NVIDIA, AWS) on technical directions and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Deep multi-camera computer vision expertise including calibration, triangulation, 3D ball/pose estimation, and skeletal tracking.
• Strong architecture and design skills for tracking and auto-officiating products.
• Proven ability to drive code quality, ownership, and cross-squad collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own software-level architectural design across tracking, auto-officiating and data delivery.
• Lead computer vision direction and research, prototype new tracking technologies.
• Coach senior engineers, run CV talks and contribute to hiring for CV/ML roles.
• Establish guidelines for shared frameworks and drive adoption of modern tooling and AI workflows.
