Job summary

Hawk-Eye Innovations seeks a senior software architect and computer vision authority to own the tracking and auto-officiating software architecture across multiple sports in an individual contributor role. You will set the architectural direction for new tracking problems and safeguard shared frameworks while remaining hands-on.

You will lead camera calibration, ball and skeletal tracking, ML integration and tooling adoption, mentoring engineers and collaborating with external partners.

Qualifications

• Deep multi-camera computer vision including camera calibration, triangulation and 3D pose estimation.
• Experience running tracking at scale across AWS, on-premise and edge devices.
• Ability to write design documents and explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture across the value stream for tracking and auto-officiating products.
• Define computer vision direction, evaluate new technologies and bring prototypes.
• Lead adoption of modern tooling, AI-enabled development and code-generation practices.
• Coach Squad Tech Leads, guide junior architects and participate in CV/ML hiring assessments.
• Escalation point for live delivery health and defining ownership boundaries.
