Responsibilities

• Design and develop engineering solutions and produce detailed innovative engineering designs.
• Work closely with manufacturing, production, projects and commercial teams.
• Support prototype development, testing and product validation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and new product development initiatives.
• Participate in design assurance activities by preparing for and contributing to technical reviews, ensuring all validation and verification requirements were satisfied.
• Identify design, manufacturing and performance issues, applying structured root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Assist in the transition of designs into manufacture by preparing production documentation and work instructions.
• Managed engineering product data, including the creation and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product configuration records.
