Established in 2022, Aston Martin Performance Technologies (AMPT) Special Projects is the advanced engineering division of the Aston Martin Racing Performance Group.
AMPT Special Projects is focused on applying our F1-derived high-performance engineering, innovation, technical expertise and breakthrough technologies, to deliver high-performance engineering projects outside of Formula One.

We have a new opportunity to be part of the Aston Martin Performance Technologies Special Projectsteam in the role of Senior Composite Design Engineer.
As a Senior Composite Design Engineer in the Advanced Manufacturing & Performance Technologies (AMPT) Special Projects team you will lead the design and development of high-performance composite components, taking ownership of complex projects from concept through to production. This role demands deep technical expertise, proactive leadership, and the ability to mentor and support a high-functioning engineering team.
You will also represent AMPT externally, ensuring a high technical and professional standard is maintained with customers, partners, suppliers, and institutions.

This is a full-time office-based role based at our campus in Silverstone, with additional requirement to travel to other locations where necessary.
