Warwickshire County Council is seeking an experienced Compliance & Risk Delivery Manager to lead the operational delivery of statutory compliance services across its property portfolio and traded customer base.

You will oversee compliance frameworks, contractors and consultants across fire safety, asbestos management and water hygiene, while supporting governance, improvement initiatives and traded services.

Formación

• Relevant professional qualification in Property, Construction, Building Services, Compliance, Health & Safety, Fire Safety or related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering statutory compliance services (fire safety, asbestos, water hygiene, etc.).
• Experience leading operational teams, contractors and external partners.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and performance management skills.
• Ability to monitor compliance performance and use data for service improvement.
• Commercial and financial management experience including budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance legislation and practical application.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operational delivery of statutory compliance services across the property portfolio and traded customer base.
• Oversee compliance frameworks, contractors and consultants across multiple disciplines.
• Support governance arrangements, continuous improvement and development of traded compliance services.
• Manage compliance systems, performance monitoring and financial management.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to drive service improvements and ensure statutory obligations are met.
