Job summary

Warwickshire County Council is seeking an experienced Compliance & Risk Delivery Manager to lead statutory compliance services across its property portfolio and traded customer base. You will oversee a team of professionals and specialist surveyors, delivering key programmes, managing contractors and ensuring safe, compliant services in line with legislation and council policy.

You will also handle governance, performance monitoring, financial management and the development of traded compliance

Qualifications

• A professional qualification in property, building services, compliance or safety.
• Experience delivering statutory compliance services across large estates.
• Experience managing teams, contractors and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery of statutory compliance services across the council's portfolio.
• Oversee compliance programmes including fire safety, water hygiene and related risk areas.
• Manage compliance frameworks, governance, performance monitoring and finance.
• Develop traded compliance services and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive service improvements and ensure legislative and corporate requirements are met.
