Solutions Driven is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join our Quality, Compliance, and Test function in the United Kingdom. You will take ownership of compliance timelines, design and execute compliance operations, and mentor the compliance engineering team to foster professional growth.

You will align work with department priorities and drive cross-functional outcomes across product development and line-management goals.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing compliance operations.
• Knowledge of global product compliance regulations (GAR, CE/UL, FCC/IC, REACH, RoHS).
• Experience mentoring Compliance Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize compliance operations.
• Lead certification processes for complex projects to meet global regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and coach Compliance Engineers and ensure professional growth.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, and Manufacturing to manage dependencies.
• Contribute to strategy and ROI-based decision making.
