Reporting into the Head of Compliance, you will be a strong generalist Compliance professional with a particular focus on keeping abreast of all FCA regulatory developments.

Main Duties

• Staying on top of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging regulatory developments.
• Consistently improving compliance strategies and solutions to effectively address evolving regulatory environments.
• Providing comprehensive training to business units on new compliance processes and requirements.
• Engaging with colleagues across the business to receive feedback, provide updates, and ensure alignment with compliance projects.
