We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join AXA – Global Healthcare (AGH) and play a pivotal role in enhancing our Compliance Monitoring activities. You'll work closely with the Compliance Monitoring Manager, to execute our thematic monitoring programme, conducting in-depth assessments across various business areas, identifying opportunities for development and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Your expertise will be essential in forming insightful opinions on compliance matters and presenting actionable recommendations to senior managers and key stakeholders. Additionally, you'll support our broader assurance monitoring activities, including core compliance support, management information, data-driven assessments, and targeted assurance initiatives. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
