Job summary

HomeServe Finance, in partnership with HS Credit Partners, seeks a Senior Compliance Manager to shape a new FCA-regulated business in the UK. You will lead the compliance framework, oversight of ARs/IARs, monitoring, and regulatory readiness, driving customer outcomes and regulatory discipline.

Based in Walsall with hybrid working, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders, manage governance, and deliver reporting to support the business’s growth while preserving high standards of compliance and

Qualifications

• Significant FCA-regulated compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Consumer Credit regulation and Consumer Duty.
• Experience in reporting to senior management and boards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the compliance framework for HS Credit Partners.
• Oversee ARs and IARs.
• Lead risk-based compliance monitoring and thematic reviews.
• Support Consumer Duty compliance and monitor outcomes.
• Review financial promotions and customer communications.
• Provide regulatory advice to stakeholders.
• Produce compliance reporting for senior leaders.
• Support FCA engagement and authorisation readiness.
