Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in a similar compliance role within financial services.
• Experience with retail or consumer-facing clients and client money environment is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of FCA Handbook and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Comfortable working with MS Word and Excel and creating clear, concise reports.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Legal & Compliance in delivering the compliance plan and fostering a strong compliance culture.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate regulatory risk; investigate and manage breaches and issues.
• Advise operational teams on regulatory matters and help develop policies and procedures.
• Manage FCA reporting, CASS/client money requirements and arrears monitoring.
