Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Compliance Officer focused on retail banking consumer protection.
• Understanding of consumer products lifecycle from design to marketing and support.
• Experience supporting regulatory audits or inquiries and clear communication skills.
• Ability to challenge, build rapport with stakeholders, and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance support and coverage to the Retail Savings/Deposits business.
• Assist in enforcing UK/EU regulations and regulatory change management.
• Conduct risk assessments, monitoring, testing, and reporting for compliance.
• Liaise with Global Compliance and other stakeholders to uphold standards.
• Support in handling consumer regulatory inquiries and audits.
