Job summary

Harrison Holgate is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst in London. You will join a Risk & Compliance team in a remote-first role with London office optional attendance. The position targets candidates with 1–2 years in insurance compliance, offering growth, a strong culture, and learning opportunities.

Responsibilities include monitoring, MI reporting, policy maintenance and regulatory support under FCA guidelines, with a focus on data protection and risk management.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of compliance, risk or regulatory support experience.
• Understanding of FCA rules, Consumer Duty and SM&CR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance monitoring, file reviews and thematic reviews.
• Produce compliance MI and reports for management and boards.
• Maintain policies, procedures and regulatory docs.
• Assist with complaints handling, breach reporting and investigations.
• Support FCA developments and regulatory changes (Consumer Duty, SM&CR).
• Assist with data protection tasks and DSARs.
• Maintain training and competence records for staff.
• Contribute to enterprise risk management and risk registers.
• Track remediation actions and ensure issues are resolved.
