Job summary

Davies Insurance Solutions is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance pillar in London. The role focuses on regulatory change, ARs and SM&CR regimes, KRIs and MI reporting, e-learning and training, with cross-functional collaboration across the division.

You will act as a primary contact for first-line queries, embed robust regulatory outcomes, and help maintain accurate AR registers, regulatory notifications and dashboards for governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in FCA-regulated compliance within insurance (Lloyd's preferred).
• Knowledge of SM&CR and AR regimes.
• Progress towards ICA/CISI/CII or equivalent desirable.
• Knowledge of territorial licensing requirements.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and adaptable to change.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across teams.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office applications with AI awareness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timesheets are accurately completed and authorised within required timeframe.
• Oversee onboarding, due diligence and ongoing monitoring of ARs; prepare FCA notifications and AR reviews.
• Support AR framework submissions with the FCA for SM&CR; maintain AR registers and documentation.
• Assist Senior Compliance Manager with SM&CR, conflicts of interest management.
• Administer the e-learning programme; manage content updates, deployments and MI reporting.
• Collate and validate data for KRIs and MI; produce dashboards for governance forums.
• Assist with regulatory reporting data submissions.
• Contribute to horizon scanning, regulatory updates and change logs.
• Respond to business compliance queries and support policy reviews.
• Lead client-contacts as designated compliance lead for an allocated portfolio.
• Collaborate with other Compliance leads to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
