Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level compliance input and direction across a range of investment activities.
• Take responsibility for guiding and developing team members, including hiring, coaching, and performance oversight.
• Act as a key escalation point for complex or sensitive compliance and risk-related matters.
• Support alignment between compliance leadership and first line teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the business as a practical compliance partner.
• Serve as a primary contact for regulatory queries or incidents with clear, solutions-focused advice.
• Participate in governance forums and regulatory engagement activities.
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and drive necessary enhancements.
