We are looking for a Senior Compliance Administrator to join us at our client site in Hammersmith, London.

The main responsibilities of the Senior Compliance Administrator are to ensure the implementation of, and compliance with, the Client's Global Anti-Piracy policy at all events, screenings, and special events, supervising our current Compliance Administrators. Our client is a international streaming service covering sports, entertainment and documentaries.

As a Senior Compliance Administrator you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

A typical day in the life as a Senior Compliance Officer:

  • Support the client's health and safety obligations.
  • Arrange the provision of First Aid at Work courses for the client's staff.
  • Arrange the provision of Fire Marshal training for the client staff.
  • Train others in the use of the emergency evacuation chairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of First Aid and Fire Marshal trained personnel.
  • Keep a record of the daily and weekly Fire Marshal checks, dip testing for compliance.
  • Maintain an inventory of First Aid equipment, Automated External Defibrillators and Evacuation chairs.
  • Arrange the procurement of First Aid equipment and manage a replacement/replenishment programme.
  • Ensure PEEP's (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans) are up to date where required.

  • Competent with the Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Understanding and appreciation of diversity, equity and inclusion
  • ILM level 3 Management or team leadership
