Job summary

Rokstone Group Ltd is seeking an experienced claims professional to manage a portfolio of international claims with delegated authority. You will handle complex, high-value matters from notification through settlement and closure, engaging brokers, insureds, capacity providers and reinsurers.

The role supports the Head of Complex Claims and contributes to governance, reporting and continuous improvement in a hybrid London-based setup.

Qualifications

• London Market/Lloyd's or international claims handling experience.
• Experience across multiple classes such as Property, Marine or Aviation.
• Ability to interpret policy wordings and develop strategies with autonomy.
• Experience working with brokers, insureds, reinsurers and external experts.
• Diploma or professional qualification in insurance (Dip CII/ACII) or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex/high-value claims end-to-end.
• Review notifications, assess coverage and establish claim strategies.
• Set and review reserves with clear rationale and documentation.
• Liaise with brokers, insureds, TPAs, lawyers and other stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced colleagues.
