Responsibilities

• Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needs.
• Lead, train, and support a team of carers to maintain high standards of care.
• Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care and seizure management.
• Work in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners, and wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packages.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with service users and their families.

We are searching for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join an award-winning community complex care provider based in Burton-on-Trent.
