Northern Trust in the United Kingdom seeks a Compensation Senior Consultant to guide compensation decisions that attract, retain, and motivate top talent within the ECOO function. You will translate compensation philosophy into practical outcomes and advise business leaders to support strategic objectives.

You will lead market pricing analyses, job evaluations, and develop executive-ready materials for governance and annual cycles, collaborating across HR, finance, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive compensation experience.
Strong compensation consulting and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical and critical-thinking abilities with data-driven insights.
Business acumen and ability to link pay decisions to talent and financials.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Project management and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted compensation advisor for ECOO and HR/business leaders on complex pay matters.
Develop internal moves, retention, off-cycle adjustments, and other pay decisions with market data and governance.
Translate workforce needs into base, incentive, and variable pay solutions; support global pay structures.
