Bentley is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards team.This position will work closely with the Compensation Manager, internal stakeholders and partners to support day-to-day requests as well as projects and cyclical compensation planning cycles.This role will also support the development and implementation of global compensation programs, ensuring they meet colleagues’ needs, comply with local legal requirements, and are cost-effective.
