We're looking for an experienced Company Secretarial Assistant to join our UK team as part of a busy, friendly international Corporate Secretariat team to provide support to internal stakeholders on a wide range of corporate governance matters for AtkinsRéalis subsidiaries (including in the UK, Europe, Asia, Australasia, LATAM and Middle East regions). The role is busy but rewarding and you will be supported by an experienced team. To be successful, you will have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to develop and make a difference.

Chartered Governance Institute qualified (previously ICSA) or undertaking the CGI qualification (ideally with experience working in an international corporate secretariat).
