Job Title: Senior Community Support Worker

The Belong at Home domiciliary service delivers bespoke packages of care and support, whether in a customer’s home within the community or within one of our village apartments.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Manager with the day-to-day running of the service, including administrative tasks, rotas, and care coordination.
2. Review Care Plans and conduct customer assessments.
3. Participate in the on-call rota, providing flexible support as needed.

Requirements:

• Driving Licence and access to a car are essential, as travel is required and travel time will be paid.

Additional Information:

Salary: £13.60 per hour (30 hours per week)

Paid travel: 45p per mile and paid travel time
