Locala Community Nursing teams work across Kirklees, providing district nursing care for adult patients in their homes, including care homes. We support patients who are housebound and unable to be supported within a clinic or practice, promoting their independence through self-care.
The new Senior Nurse role is an integral part of our teams, delivering excellent nursing care and supporting colleagues' professional development. As an NMC-registered Nurse, you will undertake supervisory responsibilities under the guidance of the Community Nurse Team Leader, working as part of a multidisciplinary team providing adult community nursing services across the primary care network footprint.
We support flexible working, including full-time and part-time hours over a 7-day period.
