Job Description

The purpose of this role is to lead executive communications, media relations, and thought leadership for the brand/Dentsu in the region. The goal is to increase awareness and elevate visibility of the network, its leadership, and clients in an authentic, forward-thinking, and bold manner.

Responsibilities

1. Reporting Line: Head of Communications, EMEA
2. Discipline: Marketing & Communications
3. Role: Senior Communications Manager
4. Overview: Support EMEA regional communications strategy, including internal and external communications, creating alignment across 45 markets, focusing on high-quality, insight-led, digitally shared, creative communication.
5. Key Accountabilities:
   • Employee & Leadership Communications: support employee engagement, leadership communication, and digital channels.
   • Change Communications: support organizational change initiatives with effective communication strategies.
   • External Communications: align regional external communication with global strategies, build media relationships, develop stories, and manage media responses.
   • Brand Marketing: identify event partnerships, support thought leadership, and develop social media strategies.
   • Team Leadership: foster a culture of best practices and innovation in communications.
