Job summary

Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly is seeking an experienced project manager to join the Commissioning Team in Middlemoor. You will manage a complex contracts portfolio, chair meetings, and engage with suppliers to ensure performance, value for money, and robust governance.

You will lead commissioning activities, work with partners to shape service design, and use data analytics (Power BI) to identify trends and risks.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project or commissioning management.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience in public sector procurement is preferable.
