Job summary

Calex UK, a provider of learning programmes and specialist training services, is seeking a Commercial Training Team Manager for VWG’s National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes. You will lead the team delivering commercially focused learning, manage content development, and ensure delivery meets contractual and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management, with hybrid working and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a high‑performing team.
• Strong project management and planning skills with Lean experience.
• Experience mapping training content to delivery timelines and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve commercial training delivery across Volkswagen Group retailer programmes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Manage development and maintenance of materials, content and resource plans.
• Develop the commercial training team through coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure training budgets are tracked and aligned with client requirements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
