Job summary

Calex UK is recruiting a Project Executive to join the Volkswagen Group National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes. The role focuses on delivering product launches, new course development, blended learning and tactical projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will bring a Learning & Development background with strong project coordination experience, and familiarity with web-based project management tools and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Proven experience managing stakeholders internally and externally
• Relationship-building in client/customer environments
• Good financial acumen
• Proficient with MS Teams
• Smartsheet knowledge advantageous
• Creating/editing briefs in PowerPoint including Gantt charts
• Tenacity to meet deadlines
• Recognised project management qualification desirable

Responsibilities

• Communicate project status, risks and progress to stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects with end-to-end processes
• Identify and report risks or issues affecting deliverables
• Lead/respond to meetings, prepare minutes and action plans
• Prepare SMART project/action plans and monitor budget
• Maintain documentation and version control
• Organise time and tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
• Carry out any additional duties as required by line management
