Job summary

Calex UK is recruiting an automotive Technical Trainer to join the Stellantis Performance Academy in Coventry. You will deliver technical training across levels 1–5 using blended learning, including virtual and face-to-face sessions, and align with product updates and new model introductions.

The ideal candidate has experience in training delivery, strong communication, and a passion for automotive learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in a training delivery role with technical training preferred.
• Strong personal presence, confidence and credibility.
• Interact with a wide variety of delegates and adapt to learning styles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to influence and inspire others and be a self-starter.
• Willing to travel and stay away if required.
• Deliver blended learning methods including Virtual training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional learning experience every time.
• Deliver agreed number of days learning through blended delivery of virtual and attended courses.
• Deliver technical training on events such as new product or technical update meetings.
• Deliver technical training across partner groups.
• Provide ideas for continual improvements to course structure and delivery.
• Deliver technical learning for delegates on Induction and assess their competence.
• Provide individual coaching for delegates as required.
• Create training solutions that deliver added value.
• Adapt your style to the audience, retaining consistent delivery for key messages.
• Build positive working relationships with Calex staff and Stellantis management.
