Job summary

Mic helmores LLP is seeking a Senior Associate or Managing Associate to join its Commercial Team. Based from Bristol, Cambridge or Exeter, you will deliver first-class service on commercial matters, including IT licences, software as a service, and data protection.

You will work in a flexible, agile environment, collaborating with colleagues across national offices and contributing to business development, market-facing initiatives and thought leadership in a growing practice.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of post-qualified UK law firm experience in a Commercial/Technology team.
• Experience advising fast-growth or large corporate clients.
• Experience contributing to marketing initiatives and seminars.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality commercial/technology legal services to clients.
• Handle a range of matters from IT/software licences to data protection and IP.
• Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives for the practice.
