• Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in commercial contracts.
• Senior Associate or Managing Associate level experience.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation of complex agreements.
• Ability to manage client relationships with autonomy.
• Experience with outsourcing, supply chain, procurement, or technology advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on a broad range of commercial contracts and strategic agreements.
• Lead on complex outsourcing, supply chain, procurement and distribution matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial arrangements including strategic alliances and collaborations.
• Support clients on technology, software and other business-critical commercial projects.
• Provide commercially focused advice on contractual risk and strategic business objectives.
• Work across teams in Commercial, Technology, IP, Data and Regulatory.
• Develop long-term client relationships and take increasing responsibility.

The Role:

• Advise clients on a broad range of commercial contracts and strategic agreements
• Lead on complex outsourcing, supply chain, procurement and distribution matters
• Draft and negotiate commercial arrangements including strategic alliances and collaborations
• Support clients on technology, software and other business-critical commercial projects
• Provide commercially focused advice on contractual risk and strategic business objectives
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Commercial, Technology, IP, Data and Regulatory
• Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships while taking increasing responsibility
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of the Commercial practice

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in commercial contracts
• Currently operating at Senior Associate, Managing Associate or equivalent level
• Excellent technical ability with experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements
• Strong understanding of commercial risk with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
• Experience across outsourcing, supply chain, procurement, technology or strategic commercial arrangements advantageous
• Confident managing client relationships and leading complex matters with appropriate autonomy
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Ambitious and commercially minded with a genuine interest in developing the wider practice
