You will manage a varied commercial property caseload and advise on acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development matters for a diverse client base including developers, investors, lenders and property owners.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-6+ years' PQE.
• Strong commercial property experience gained within a regional or national law firm.
• Excellent drafting, technical and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on client service.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Connections to West Yorkshire or the Huddersfield region would be advantageous.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and growing Real Estate team based in either Leeds or Halifax.
This role offers the chance to take over an existing caseload and work with a diverse client base, including developers, investors, lenders and commercial property owners.
