A highly regarded regional law firm in Leeds is recruiting a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its well‑established property team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of high‑quality real estate matters within a collaborative, commercially focused environment.

As a Real Estate Solicitor in Leeds you will handle acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, leases and property finance, while working closely with corporate and banking teams.

Qualifications

• 3–6 PQE Solicitor with real estate or commercial property experience.
• Experience at a reputable regional or national firm.
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Able to manage matters independently with support.

The Role
