You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, with autonomy from instruction through to completion, and advise on acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and related developments.

• Minimum 4 years' PQE in commercial conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property law.
• Agricultural law experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Advising clients on commercial property acquisitions, disposals and leases.
• Handling landlord and tenant matters and property development work.
• Supporting agricultural property transactions where applicable.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Ensuring compliance with Lexcel and CQS quality standards.
• Delivering exceptional levels of client care and commercial advice.
