Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Newark is seeking a Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of four years' post-qualification experience to manage a varied caseload and deliver high-quality advice.

You will work within a supportive team, handle commercial property transactions, leases, and landlord/tenant matters, and may engage in Agricultural Property work.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years' Commercial Conveyancing experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property law.
• Experience in Agricultural Law is desirable.
• Ability to independently manage a busy caseload.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Advising clients on commercial property acquisitions, disposals and leases.
• Handling landlord and tenant matters and property development work.
• Supporting clients with agricultural property transactions where applicable.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Ensuring compliance with Lexcel and CQS quality standards.
