G2 Legal Limited is seeking a Commercial Property Associate/Senior Associate in the North East. This role handles a varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and related matters for commercial and private clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with ideally 5+ years' Commercial Property experience.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of Commercial Property matters.
• Agricultural Property experience advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and other property matters.
• Advising a broad range of commercial and private clients.
• Supporting and supervising junior colleagues where appropriate.
• Contributing to the continued growth of the department.
