Radius Consultancy is recruiting for a Commercial M&E Contracts and Procurement Manager for a Datacentre organisation based in London. The role focuses on procurement strategies, tendering, contract negotiation and governance to support BAU and major capital works.

Key duties include supplier management, documentation control, KPI development and quarterly performance reviews, with emphasis on risk management and value optimisation across multi-stakeholder projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement management for large-scale projects, preferably data centre/BAU and major capital expenditure.
• Knowledge of tendering processes, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Ability to manage supplier compliance documentation and performance KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategies for projects and advise on supplier choices.
• Prepare tender documents, manage tendering process and supplier evaluations.
• Negotiate contract terms with suppliers to minimise risk and maximise value.
• Maintain governance through contract engrossment, execution and post-award administration.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage non-compliance issues and drive framework agreements.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to align procurement activities with programme timelines.
