Job summary

Radius in London is seeking a Commercial M&E Contracts and Procurement Manager for a Datacentre organisation. You will lead procurement strategies, supplier management, and contract negotiations to deliver cost-effective, compliant projects.

This role focuses on capital expenditure and BAU works within a rigorous governance framework, ensuring quality, risk management, and value for money.

Qualifications

• Document management capability and experience.
• Supplier management and onboarding.
• Procurement planning and strategy development.
• Tendering and contract evaluation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage supplier activity records using the document management system (ASite).
• Develop and maintain a database of approved suppliers, renewals and pre-qualification.
• Review Capex Masterplan and advise on procurement strategies and suppliers for projects.
• Prepare RFPs/ITT, run tendering processes, evaluate bids and support contract negotiations and engrossment.
