Job summary

AWE plc in Reading is seeking a Senior Commercial Performance Manager to lead and shape the commercial performance reporting framework. You will coordinate inputs, provide strategic narrative, and ensure timely, accurate data; enabling leadership and the executive team to steer the business.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement up to C-suite, and experience in commercial reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement/commercial functions is desirable.
• Data storytelling skills to communicate insights to leadership.
• Ability to report to C-suite level and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cadence for Commercial reporting and provide ad hoc reporting and narrative.
• Monitor performance against the Commercial strategy and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure accurate Commercial pipeline reporting to support planning and external reporting.
• Establish and maintain the Commercial reporting framework for key programmes.
