A growing construction contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee major social housing refurbishment projects in England. You will lead all commercial aspects from tender to final account, focusing on profitability and compliance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor, with strong skills in stakeholder management and leadership. This senior role offers a salary of up to £110,000, as well as the chance to influence strategy and performance.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction.
• Background in social housing refurbishment or similar frameworks preferred.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Confident stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Mansioni

• Manage project budgets, cash flow forecasting, cost reporting, and CVRs.
• Oversee contract management including variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Lead commercial input into tendering, pricing strategy, and procurement.
• Act as the key commercial contact for clients and external stakeholders.
• Support risk management and contractual compliance across projects.
• Mentor and develop commercial team members.
