Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd in Manchester is seeking experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors or Commercial Managers for Therme Manchester, a landmark project delivering wellbeing and leisure facilities. You will lead commercial management, procurement, tendering, contract admin, variations and final accounts, partnering with design and supply chain to drive value and reduce risk.

Located at TraffordCity, this role offers exposure to a high-profile project with career progression in one of the UK's

Competenze

Experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager on large-scale or complex construction projects.
Strong commercial awareness with procurement through final account.
Experience across procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations and subcontract management.

Mansioni

Lead and support the commercial management of the project across delivery stages.
Manage procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations and subcontract management to final account.
Prepare forecasting, reporting and commercial information accurately.
Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
Minimise risk and cost while maximising value through cost checking and analysis.
Collaborate with project, design, construction and supply chain teams for delivery.
