What you'll be doing:

1. Lead complex supplier contract, operational, and strategic reviews and negotiations.
2. Identify emerging risks and issues related to controls.
3. Lead on commercial management and projects, including continuous improvement and supply chain collaboration.
4. Develop supplier contingency and exit plans for critical suppliers.
5. Resolve issues and mitigate risks where contractual targets are not met.
6. Report on supplier performance, SLAs, KPIs, and obligations.
7. Manage risk and compliance through effective project and supplier performance management.

What you'll need:

Experience in a commercial contract management role with sound contract knowledge, understanding of Category Management principles, demand and specification management techniques, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
